Request stock
Size, wall, grade, quantity and destination ZIP. If you do not know the spec, describe the material and weight instead.
Answer first

Process
Size, wall, grade, quantity and where it is going. Or just describe the material and what it weighs and let a buyer do the specifying.
A buyer checks physical bands in stock, photographs the exact lot you would receive and prices it delivered on your lane.
Nothing ships automatically. Terms on approved accounts; card or ACH otherwise. Split shipments are fine.
Banded, wrapped and load-checked at the door with a final photograph attached to the paperwork. Our trucks or brokered capacity.
Order sizes
| Volume | Format | Best for | Lead time | Freight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 pallet | 20 – 25 flattened boxes, banded | First order, trials, small operations | 2 – 4 days | LTL or collection |
| 4 – 8 pallets | 100 – 200 boxes | Single-line production, seasonal peaks | 3 – 5 days | LTL, usually one pallet rate |
| Half truckload | ≈ 300 boxes | Multi-line plants, recyclers | 3 – 5 days | Partial truckload, often shared |
| Full truckload | 550 – 700 boxes flattened | Ongoing production, best unit price | 5 – 7 days | Our own equipment on core lanes |
| Multiple truckloads | Scheduled releases | Standing programmes, multi-site | Scheduled | Planned around backhauls |
Questions
First order
Written out because the used market has a reputation, and the antidote to a reputation is a process somebody can check.
Day 0
Size or material description, quantity, destination ZIP, and whether you can re-erect flattened boxes. Five lines is plenty.
Day 0 – 1
If something is missing we ask rather than guess. If the footprint is short this week you are told that instead of being offered a substitute.
Day 1
Wide shot, corner, bottom edge, and the grade mark. Not stock imagery — the specific bands that would ship to you.
Day 1 – 3
Firm for seven days subject to stock. Card or ACH on a first order; terms once we have traded a few times.
Day 2 – 4
Free cancellation up to this point. Banded in the lot sizes you asked for and labelled by grade.
Day 3 – 7
Photographed at the door before the trailer is closed. That photograph settles any later question about what left here.
On arrival
Hold it against the written grade. If we got it wrong we collect at our cost or credit the difference — your choice, not ours.
Ongoing
Reserved inventory against your run rate, priced better than spot, with availability guaranteed through the January crunch.
Getting it cheaper
All of these are things you control. None of them require negotiating.
Roughly triples what fits on a trailer and cuts freight per box by a factor of twenty or more. The largest single lever by a wide margin.
3A carries the same load as 1A. If nobody outside your building sees the box, the difference is thirty to forty per cent you did not have to spend.
A two-dollar liner makes cosmetic condition irrelevant, which saves four to five dollars of grade.
Empties out, stock in, one truck. Removes thirty to forty per cent of the freight on both legs.
Tell us the load and stack height instead of a box size. Two or three footprints usually work, and one of them is cheaper this week.
480 and 690 flattened boxes cost nearly the same to move. Rounding up to a full load often lowers the per-box price.
Reserved stock is priced better than spot because it smooths our grading schedule.
A two-day window frequently puts your load on a backhaul instead of a headhaul.
Turns a disposal cost into a residual value — two to three dollars a box on five-wall stock.
Payment and paperwork
Order the smallest sensible quantity, hold it against the published grade description, and scale only if it matches.
