Terms of sale.

1 · Quotes

Quotes to sell material to you are firm for seven days and remain subject to stock being available — used inventory genuinely does sell while a quote is open. Quotes to buy material from you are firm for fourteen days against the condition described and photographed at the time of quoting.

2 · Grading

All used material is sold against our published grading standard, which forms part of these terms. Grades describe condition, not a manufacturer's specification. Photographs supplied with a quote show the actual lot offered unless we state otherwise.

Payload figures we quote for used containers are our own derated assessments and already include a margin below the original manufacturer's rating. They assume dry storage, correct pallet support and aligned stacking. Ratings do not survive damp storage, overhang or misalignment, and we cannot warrant performance under those conditions.

3 · Inspection and claims

Inspect on arrival. Claims relating to grade, count or condition must reach us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Where we have graded incorrectly we will, at your election, collect the material at our cost or credit the difference. Claims after 48 hours or after the material has been used, modified or re-shipped cannot be assessed fairly and will not be accepted.

4 · Title and risk

Title passes on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address, or on collection where you arrange transport. Where you collect, loading assistance we provide is a courtesy and does not transfer responsibility for load security, which remains with the carrier.

5 · Payment

First orders are payable by card or ACH before dispatch. Terms of net 30 are available on approved accounts. Amounts overdue beyond terms may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Kansas law, whichever is lower.

6 · Freight

Delivered prices are quoted per lane and assume reasonable access, a dock or forklift where stated, and unloading within two hours of arrival. Waiting time, redelivery and failed collections caused by site conditions not disclosed at quoting are chargeable at cost.

7 · Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without charge before the material is banded and staged for loading. After that point, a restocking charge may apply to cover the labour of returning material to stock — we will tell you what it is before applying it.

8 · Material we will not accept

We do not purchase or accept material that is wet, contaminated with chemical, food or unidentified residue, hazardous, wax-coated, or carrying odour. Material presented for collection that is materially different from what was described may be declined at the dock, and reasonable transport costs may be recovered.

9 · Warranty and limits

Used packaging is sold as described by grade and is not warranted as new. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the material supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost production, lost profit, or damage to product packed in a container, save where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and the courts of Wyandotte County have exclusive jurisdiction.
