What we collect
The request form on this site collects your first and last name, email address, telephone number, company name, city, state or province, postal code, the quantity, product type, service and grade you are asking about, any message you write, and the address of the page you submitted from. Required fields are marked on the form; everything else is optional.
Our web server also records ordinary technical information — IP address, user agent, timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request with accurate availability, grading and freight pricing.
- To arrange collection or delivery, which requires a location and a contact.
- To keep records of trades, as required for tax, freight and diversion reporting.
- To prevent abuse of the form.
We ask for a telephone number because drivers occasionally need to reach a site directly about dock access or directions. ReGaylord itself has no telephone line and will always reply by email.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted from our server to our lead management provider, which stores them on our behalf. Our website is served from a global content delivery network. Freight partners receive only the details necessary to complete a collection or delivery — typically a name, site address and a contact number.
We do not sell, rent or licence personal data to anyone, for any purpose. We do not operate advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: 24 months, then deleted.
- Trade records: 7 years, as required for tax and for supporting customer diversion audits.
- Server logs: 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Write to hello@regaylordboxes.com and we will action it within thirty days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie present is strictly necessary for the site to function.
Children
This is a business-to-business industrial packaging site. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. We do not keep a mailing list to notify, because we do not keep a mailing list.
